Bespoke Illustrated Table Plans:
Your Story on Display

Illustrated Table Plans are one of my favourite things to create because they are the ultimate expression of your unique love story. This is your chance to transform a simple seating chart into a memorable piece of art that reflects your personalities.

The design possibilities are truly endless:

  • Meaningful Places: Travel the globe with tables named after significant cities or countries.

  • Beloved Pets: Honour your furry family members with a custom illustration of each one.

  • Favorite Things: Showcase passions like fine wines, craft beers, classic cocktails, or favorite theatre shows.

  • Personal Hobbies: Feature elements from your family farm, favorite safari animals, or even iconic movie posters.

Whether you prefer traditional elegance or a whimsical theme, let's create a bespoke table plan that is uniquely and beautifully yours.

How I Create Your
Unique Table Plan

The process of designing your illustrated seating chart is collaborative and creative. It all begins with your unique idea!

First, we decide on your theme, then I start gathering visuals. If your theme is deeply personal—like photos of family pets or specific travel spots—I’ll ask you to share those precious images. If it involves famous landmarks or elements I can source, I will find and confirm the perfect reference views with you.

From there, I begin to sketch each scene. I ensure the illustration style flawlessly matches the tone of your existing wedding stationery or the vision we've established for your day. Once you approve the sketches, I move to final inking and colouring to bring the artwork to life. Finally, the finished illustrations are digitised and expertly placed within the design for your main table plan and coordinating table name signs.

Printing and Display
Options for Your Table Plan

Here are the key details on sizes and materials for your wedding table plan and coordinating table name signs.

Table Plan Sizes & Mounting

The most popular size for my seating charts is A1 (594×841 mm), printed in either landscape or portrait orientation to best suit your design.

  • Need a different size? No problem, I can your plan to fit smaller and larger dimensions, which is ideal if you have a high number of guests/tables or limited display space. I will gladly advise you on the perfect size for your event.

  • Durability: All sizes can be professionally mounted onto foam board. This makes the plan sturdy, prevents damage, and allows it to be easily displayed on an easel or stand at your venue.

Table Name Signs

I print your custom table name signs (or table numbers) in a variety of sizes, with options for single or double-sided printing.

  • Ideal Sizes: For standard table name holders, A5 (148×210 mm) or 5"×7" work perfectly.

  • For Frames: If you plan to display the signs in frames on each table, sizes from A5 up to A4 (210×297 mm) are excellent choices for visibility.
