how my pricing works

I work by splitting my fees into two parts: artwork and printing costs.

My time creating your illustrations and designs is covered by the artwork fee. This allows me to offer no minimum order requirement for your stationery items, as the printing, production, and shipping costs are transparent and don't carry a hefty markup.

To help keep your costs down, I work as efficiently as possible when creating your artwork. Having a clear idea of the items you're interested in at the beginning of the project is helpful, as it allows me to create images that can be easily used across your entire stationery suite.

Do you offer packages?

The short answer is no, I don't offer pre-set packages, and there are a few important reasons why.

My business is founded on creating stationery that is unique to each couple I work with. Every project requires a different level of artwork, design, and development, so a one-size-fits-all package simply doesn't make sense.

I believe in giving you the freedom to choose exactly what you need. Some couples may only want a handful of items for their suite, while others want to go all out. I don't want you to feel limited or pressured into ordering more than you need. By quoting each inquiry individually, I can create a proposal that perfectly matches your vision, your budget, and the specific items you want.

This approach also allows me to provide the most accurate pricing. I can factor in the current costs for materials and production, ensuring your quote is as precise and fair as possible.

Please enquire directly via my Contact page for a quote on these with what items you’re interested in, how many of each item you’re looking for & if you require personalisation, such as names or food choice/menus for each guest.

I’ll be adding a page to Table Plans and Wedding Day Timelines soon.

Payment

We know wedding costs can add up, which is why I split the payments for your stationery into stages. This allows you to spread the costs and plan your budget more easily.

Deposit

To secure your booking, I take a deposit of £100, or 50% of the fee for smaller orders. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance when you place your order.

Save the Dates / Invitations

The balance will need to be paid at the time of ordering the finished designs.

Save the Dates - roughly 12 months before the wedding
Invitations - roughly 4 - 6 months before the wedding

If these are the only items I’m creating for you, then the deposit balance will be deducted from the final invoice.

Day Stationery Items

The balance will need to be paid at the time of ordering the finished designs, minus your initial deposit balance.

This would be roughly 10 working days before the wedding.

The provided timelines are designed to help you plan your budget and anticipate when payments will be due. For a more comprehensive guide on when to start working on and sending your stationery, please refer to the blog post under the Guides section of my website.
